Before you order
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as you can. Wedding and event dates are limited, and a date is only reserved once your order is confirmed. For smaller orders, reach out as soon as you know your date and we'll let you know what's possible.
How do I place an order?
For now, every order is placed by email — send us a note or use the inquiry form and we'll reply to confirm details. Online ordering for small orders is coming soon.
Can you match my colors or flowers?
Designing around your palette is at the heart of what we do. Share fabric swatches, invitation colors, photos of your bouquet or your florist's plan, and we'll design the buttercream blooms to complement them.
Do you deliver or set up at venues?
Delivery and setup depend on your date, location and order. We'll confirm the options available to you with your quote.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Columbus and Powell, Ohio. If your event is somewhere else, include the location in your inquiry and we'll let you know if we can help.
