Hello Sweetie is a boutique dessert studio devoted to floral buttercream — the quiet art of turning butter and sugar into blooms.
A studio built around the celebration
Each design begins with your celebration: the colors you love, the flowers in your bouquet, the feeling of the room. From there, every petal is piped by hand.
We believe a dessert should feel personal. Not a template or an afterthought, but a beautiful finishing touch that belongs to your day — something your guests gather around, photograph and remember.
Hello Sweetie creates wedding cakes, floral cupcakes, cupcake bouquets and celebration desserts for couples, families and event planners in Columbus and Powell, Ohio.
The Craft
The art of floral buttercream
Buttercream flowers are piped one petal at a time with a piping bag and tip, then arranged by hand on each cake and cupcake. The result is soft, dimensional and completely edible.
- Roses, peonies, blossoms and greenery, tinted to your palette.
- Every bloom shaped by hand — no two are exactly alike.
